Meeting 1/26: Unofficial Minutes

In case you weren’t able to make the meeting on 1/26, here are some of the things we discussed:
-Movie Nights- Planned for Mon 2/12, Tues 3/20, Thur 4/5, and Fri 4/20 at 7:30PM. More information will be posted about the movies being shown and location, but we are looking at showing the movies in the Honors Center.
- Game Night- We will have a game night on Monday, March 12 at 7:30 PM. This will be an opportunity for students to bring their favorite games and show off their skills. More information will be available soon. Twister, Monopoly, Checkers, and Chess will be provided along with refreshments.
- MEHA- The student group will be submitting a proposal about the First Year Experience (Learning Communities) within the Honors Program. We hope to present at MEHA, but will know for sure by March 1. Also, don’t forget to reserve your spot for MEHA by Friday, 2/23.
-We are also planning on participating in a service project this semester, if you have any ideas please e-mail me at mourar01@ipfw.edu.

Our next meeting is scheduled for Friday 2/16 at 1PM in the Honors Center. If you are unable to make this time, please let me know of the times that would work best for you so that I can try to schedule meetings accordingly.

Group meeting Friday, Jan 26

Hi everyone!
Hope you had a great winter break, but now it's back to class... and the Honors Student Group.
Our president has called for a meeting in the Honors Center (WU G25) on Friday, January 26 @ 1:00 pm. Come for as long as you can.
